IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PENCATATAN KEUANGAN BERBASIS DIGITAL DI PT. MIDUK ARTA MENINGKATKAN PROFITABILITAS

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed financial management practices, encouraging companies to adopt digital financial recording systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. PT. Miduk Arta, a transportation company, experienced challenges due to manual financial recording, which affected the timeliness of financial reports and managerial decision-making. This community service activity aimed to implement a digital financial recording system to enhance financial management and support the company's profitability. The activity employed a participatory approach consisting of preparation, socialization, training, system implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The implementation involved practical training for accounting and administrative staff in recording financial transactions and preparing financial reports using digital applications. The results showed that participants improved their understanding and skills in managing financial records digitally, producing more accurate, systematic, and timely financial reports while reducing recording errors and improving financial transparency. The implementation also provided reliable financial information to support managerial decision-making. In conclusion, the digital financial recording system successfully improved financial management capabilities at PT. Miduk Arta and has the potential to increase operational efficiency and profitability when applied consistently.
